Inspiring Change, Confidence & Hope Through the Trickiness of Being Human
Our approach
At Lily Impact, our work is grounded in compassion, understanding, and real-world relevance. We support organisations, charities, and individuals through training that not only informs but genuinely transforms, creating space for people to feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow.
Our delivery is flexible and responsive. We work through intuitive online tools, within your own workplace, alongside trusted partners, and through carefully curated sessions in our own venues. Wherever the setting, our focus remains the same: creating a calm, non-judgmental environment where meaningful learning can take place.
Our sessions are designed to honour different ways of learning. We recognise that no two people or organisations are the same, which is why we incorporate a range of learning techniques to help each individual connect with the material in a way that resonates. This creates deeper understanding, stronger engagement, and lasting, practical change.
With over 40 years of combined experience, we have worked across public, private, and charitable sectors, as well as with countless individuals navigating complex challenges. Our approach is never one size fits all. Instead, we focus on understanding the real issues people face, guiding them towards solutions that feel supportive, achievable, and meaningful, helping them move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
How Our Training Works
Our approach is rooted in creating a calm, psychologically safe space where individuals feel heard, supported, and able to grow without pressure. Whether delivered through intuitive online tools, within the familiarity of your own workplace, alongside trusted partners, or in nurturing sessions hosted in our own venues, we meet people where they feel most comfortable.
Each session is thoughtfully guided to encourage reflection, connection, and gentle learning. We explore real-world challenges with care and understanding, helping individuals process experiences, build confidence, and develop practical ways forward. Rather than overwhelming with information, we focus on meaningful, applicable steps, tailored to you or your organisation, so the learning feels not only accessible but genuinely supportive and restorative.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tracey Hicks for over 15 years, and quite simply, there has never been anyone else we would consider for our training needs.
